I spend one night off-line, hanging out with Eben messing around with his computer and playing the PS2 Transformers game (which is fantastic, by the way)... and the world falls apart. My Friends page overflows... I see a headline that carbonated beverages may cause esophageal cancer while caffeine may promote healthy livers... someone wins a Kotei and gets Yoritomo into the Legion of the Dead (L5R thing, don't ask)...
