Tell ya something about infants: When they cry, it's for a reason. They don't want to cry, and they don't understand spite or anger or jealousy. Normally, they cry because they're hungry or tired (both of which are easy fixes), but as they get older, they'll cry because they're bored, frightened or dirty (girls start caring about being dirty earlier than boys, I'm told).
But even young babies will cry out of pain or fear, it's just not very common (and if it is, something's wrong). Pouring water on a baby's head it going to startle her, especially if in an unfamiliar environment or if the water's cold.
(I'm not a big fan of baptising infants, can ya tell?) :)
As for Werewolf, I just looked at the proof for the chapter I wrote. Not only am I thrilled that a lot of what I wrote is still there (never a sure thing when you're doing mechanics), the artwork and layout is pretty frickin' spectacular.
