What's been going on with me

It looks like Sean and I are getting the brush-off on the Orpheus game it looked like we'd be going. To be honest, though, I don't blame the other players. Sean had invited them over to play Vampire, and when he didn't have something ready he did everything he could to push Orpheus on them, even though they said they could do just a character generation session to start for Vampire. I wouldn't be surprised if at least one of them suspected he was trying to pull a switch just to get Orpheus players. I have to admit, it was partially my fault because I let him talk me into running the game, although I did do what I could to try and encourage the guys to insist on Vampire after all.
Doesn't matter now, though. Sean might have a lead on another chance to play or run Orpheus, but I'll go into more detail on that later.

After Saturday's LARP, Sean and I accompanied a bunch of the other players to the truckstop where they go get something to eat after the game. There was a lot of conversation not worth repeating, but Sean got to talking to folks about Orpheus and one of the main dudes there, Wes, suggested actually advertising it at the game and suggested ways to handle the scheduling. He also mentioned that he might be interested in playing, himself.
There was, at one point, some discussion about what would happen if everyone was interested in keeping the chronicle going once the new World of Darkness kicks in. Chaz (the head ST and Talon's player) said that if it keeps going, they might be adding Wraith and another venue (which they haven't decided on yet). But that would definitely be interesting.
I think that's about it for the moment, though. I'll keep everyone updated on what's up with me, as per usual.
