Stuff

I got some writing done at the Book n Bean tonight... not a lot, but it was some good writing. Just some stuff for the L5R-fic I'm working on.

Actually, it occurs to me that I don't really have as much interesting stuff to mention as I'd thought.

Man, how bored am I?

I was browsing the digital channel guide that we have here, and I noticed that this channel called Noggin was showing Daria. Being an old fan of the show, I figured 'what the heck' and flipped over to it.

Now, I've watched Daria on Noggin before, and every time I find myself wondering the same question afterwards: Why do they bother?

They edit out half the best bits of the episodes for content-- even the really mild stuff-- to the point where half of the characters' personalities are missing as a result. So I ask again: why do they bother?
