$105.25

I spent $340 bucks on the friggin' things at the beginning of the semester, and now they're only worth $105.25 (of course, that doesn't take into account that one of my books I had to keep because I'll need it next semester, but still...).

By the way, Zen... I was wondering if you recognized which picture it was I used for this icon...

Already sold back, or just thinking about selling? If they're subjects I'm interested in I might buy one or two off you.

too bad the business of buying and selling isn't as simple as "selling = buying/2" like in most RPGs. actually, that's how many stores make their cash. they sell their products at standard price, but once the product is opened, it can be sold for half-price within the 1st week. after that, the resale value continues to drop as game age lengthens.

how'd i find this out? a $90 humanities textbook i needed to have for my humanities class while in oxford sold back for around $15. and about 5 gamecube games, 3 of them popular, and one untouched package of a PSone controller sold for a total of $60 at gamestop. the controller cost $30, and each game cost inbetween $40 - $50.

it's a LOT cheaper to keep your games and your books, even if no one in need comes by, willing to pay half-price for your stuff.

and yes, i recognize that icon, you silly fox, you. :p it's not you, but i bet no one can tell the difference at this point, and it does serve your purpose rather well, so i ain't complainin'.
