The Turkish spice blend listed in the recipe is 8 parts cumin, 8 parts garlic powder, 4 parts coriander, 1 part allspice, 1 part chili flakes.

By the way, it tastes as good as it looks, and because of the spices the house smells so incredible afterwards.
