Well, went to the Book n Bean tonight. Still have a little bit of last-minute shopping to get done, but that'll be taken care of tomorrow, I'm sure.
I got some writing done, and I've gotten a start on my synopsis for my entry into the White Wolf Novel Contest. I'm just trying to work out how much detail to go into and how I should make it read. Any suggestions? Should it just be a brief but thorough outline of what's going to happen, or should it read like back-cover text?
Night Lair was cancelled this past week due to weather (although I'd have LARPed in it, personally), so no write-up there.
I played my Hedge Mage again this week after having a brief scene where I showed up as the Templar to let the vampires of Morgantown know that they had until Midnight to pick a new Bishop.
Not a whole lot happened for the Hedge Mages. There was some good roleplay, but most of it was just all of us talking about the situation in town, about the vampires and the state of vampirism, etc. As they were pretty much completely concerned with internal problems (new Bishop, hunters, dealing with someone who'd broken a few sect laws and was getting himself killed), we pretty much didn't interact at all. The only interaction was towards the end when Trent and Ivy had a conversation and a few times we met up with a guy who seemed a little off and was actually LaMonte. The highlight of the evening, I think, was when he tried to put my character under another level of Conditioning and I beat him on four tests in a row in the attempt.
I dunno. Pretty lackluster week for me.
In case I don't get to talk to any of you personally, I wish you all Happy Holidays.
