I'm still alive

Just letting folks know I'm still breathing and everything. There wasn't a LARP this weekend, so no big, LJ-Cut post about that (which, just for the record, you don't have to read just because it's there-- that's what the LJ-Cut is for[1]).

I've been feeling kind of burnt out lately, though, between running around to classes and hanging out with friends... I think sometime within the next couple of weeks I'll have to have one of those days where I go around and do stuff and not tell anyone where I am. A day for just me.

Also, on the writing front-- I've submitted the first part of the L5R stories I've been working on to a few Legend of the Five Rings fans of mine. After I get some feedback and make it suitable for human consumption, I'll post a link to it here. And no, by 'posting a link,' I don't mean I have a webpage yet. But I have a place on the net where I can at least store the file.

You can tell when you're in a West Virginia library when you can be updating your LiveJournal next to a guy rubbing pure cancer (snuff) against his cheek.
