And it's me again
Feb. 1st, 2007 03:58 amThis is kind of random, but I'd just like to re-iterate the Proboard's help system is one of the most obnoxious ever. It uses Flash-based animated videos to show you how to do everything. No proper FAQ or instructions.
Also, does anyone want the room reservation I got at the Crowne Plaza for Origins that I can't use now? I mean, I'm not doing anything with it, obviously. I don't know yet if I can transfer it, as such, but worst case scenario I try and if not then I just let you know that a room has just become available.
Has anyone else here ever been reading a webcomic and then just kind of realized one day "Hey, what's going on with the story? I've just been kind of breezing through it and it's dragging so much in this patch I can't even remember how this arc got started." I mean, some comics just naturally move along at a snail's pace... Megatokyo, for example (I read it, still, but I've long since come to realize that the only way the story flows at all is if you read it all at once). But what do you guys do when you sit up one day and realize "I have no idea what's going on or how the comic got here" when reading a comic? Just wondering.
( And now, last week's Promethean game )
And that's it for the moment. Later.
