Dorkiness at Gencon
Sep. 13th, 2012 03:09 amA few of you have seen this but I thought I'd make it a little more widespread. Someone on Twitter the other day, possibly quoting someone else, suggested that something (I didn't ask what) was 'too dorky for Gencon.' So I countered with this. It's not the dorkiest thing at Gencon, but I feel it is proof that there's no such thing as 'too dorky for Gencon.'
Just for the record, Deadpool was not part of the performance. That was just Deadpool being Deadpool.
(Also, I actually appear in the background of this. I'm the guy who's pretty much bald on top wearing glasses, a black vest, jean shorts, this shirt, and I'm carrying a beverage of some sort. I show up at about the 30-second mark, gape in awe for a little bit, and sort of walk by in the background with the people shuffling past, vanishing off the right side of the screen at about the 1:04 point.)
