• Thu, 16:31: Update on pipes: most of it's been repaired, but we've discovered some sink traps that need replaced.
• Thu, 16:38: Oh, also, part of an air conditioning vent needs replaced. But I think that's low priority right now.
• Thu, 17:21: Work's done for today. Still some more to do tomorrow but at least I have water.
