Kicking around some ideas
Feb. 4th, 2015 06:41 pmBrainstorming for stuff I might run at Gencon. Just vomiting out story ideas. Feedback appreciated.
-Monsterhearts, everyone works at a music store (rather than the traditional high school setting), inspired by Empire Records
-Monster of the Week, a story I've been considering a while (that just didn't have a good system) about the weird shit that terrorizes Hollywood and makes so many actors irreparably crazy
-Monster of the Week, a group of 'retired' intelligence agents/assets who are put to work fighting monsters; kinda TFV meets Desolation Jones with a dash of Fringe.
Nothing's really coming to me regarding stories for either WoD or any other system I know well enough to run.
Maybe, just maybe, I might apply to run something with the Fate Core hack I've been putting together for Avatar: The Last Airbender/Legend of Korra. But I might need a little more time to think about that and focus on getting what's above in for the early event registration.
Any thoughts? Questions? Feedback? EXPLOSIONS?!
