Does anybody know a good place to get some cheap webspace without needing pop-ups or banner ads?

you could just apply for some webspace on furnation. ;)

or if you feel like paying some money for your own domain, you can go here. pat li'l and i gots our webspaces from here for a small amount of cash.

I'm probably going to wind up going with Gushi... thing is, the website isn't going to be entirely anthro-stuff (it will, for example, be a place for me to put my L5R-fics), so Furnation isn't necessarily the best place to go. Besides, I'd like to have a website that people might actually be able to access where the servers are working.

Geocities. Free it has side banners, not pop ups, that you can close out, and if you pay $4.95 per month with a one time setup fee of $10, then you don't get any adds. Or $8.95 per month with a one time setup fee of $15 for your own domain name, e-mail addresses, sub domains, and no ads.
